You can contact On the Beach Live Chat by clicking the contact us tab present at the bottom of the homepage. Once you click the ‘contact us’ tab then you will be redirected to a new webpage.

For initiating a phone call, dial the given number and you will be instantly connected with a customer service representative. Calls to this number are charged at 13p per minute plus network rates. You can call their customer service from 8am to 7pm. After 7pm, the call center is only available for emergencies.

How to Talk to Someone at On The Beach?

On the Beach usually replies to your Twitter messages within 1 working day. The service is available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm.

    Hi i would like to speak with someone regarding my holiday in Turkey.

    Completely unsatisfied with the hotel itself.
    It was falling to pieces – literally! our door frame broke was falling apart and our door lock broke, broken sun umbrellas and sun loungers, ripped mosquito nets, holes in the floor and broken tiles all over, the food was inedible absolutely disgusting we had to eat out most nights so would like some compensation there! no entertainment day or evening even though it was advertised. Only 2 options for spirits vodka and gin then ran out of Vodka for 3 days! Not atall satisfied with the room cleaning or lack there of! and wifi did not work most of the time.

    If someone could get back to me asap for a resoltuion it would be much appreciated.

    I’ve just received an email saying my flight time returning home on the 3rd of September from tenerife South is now 7 and a half hours earlier which means I’m losing a day we only booked the holiday because we liked the flight times so how much compensation will be knocked off my remaining balance please get back in touch ASAP

    It has come to my attention that the hotel that has been booked for us states that it is maximum 2 people per twin room. There are three people in my party and on the beach has booked us into one twin room. I would like to know how this is possible? I don’t want to arrive and have members of our party without a bed.

    Hi, we arrived at the Terezzamar last night and have been down graded to the sunsuites when I booked and paid for the Royal suites. The reception said you didn’t book us in the royal. It is also on my paperwork that it is the royal suites.

      I need someone to contact me ASAP! Flys all over the food served outside no covered no dining areas under cover. Absolutely disgusted 100 steps+ to get to our room with my disabled partner no English in hotel light held on by insilation tape plugs hanging off the wall no entertainment for evening or day at all. Pool closed at 7 was told to get our at 6 no cold drinks until 11am 2 chicken nuggets per person. Shouted at constantly a 2 men living in the cupboard next door begged for money leaving hotel charged for everything ripped off with taxis from hotel ringing mates instead of taxi company’s bedding changed and towels every 3 days. 3 alcohol options at a all inclusive hotel dirty pool sink leaking no Air con for 3 days had to buy our own blanket and pillows due to quality flight cancelled on way home stuck in a hotel with no breakfast and left at airport for 6 hours waiting on a new flight on the beach u need to email me or I’ll be taking this matter as far as I possibly can!!!
