    I have sent emails to Oodies complaining regarding the quality of the goods I received. I was asked to send photos which I did. I have sent another email asking why I have not heard back from them. I have been told by The National Trading Standards to now send a recorded letter, but I need the address please to send this.
    All I want is a refund or a replacement for a good quality Oodie replacement. If you could look at the emails which I have sent and get back to me. I sent the first email on the 30th of December 2023.
