    Hi there a paid a bill from 30 October to 02 off December 21off £144.2 a recurved a letter saying that I owe another £241 the letter says a used £53 from the 30th Oct till the 19th off oct then a used £322 from the 19th off nov till 02 off December off elec this is not possible as a work 10 hours a day a have phoned the call centre 4 times with no help at all this is shocking a paid what a owed it is not possible to use all that elec please this needs sorted as this year is going to be harder for me with the bills am going to have to pay please help me sort this out

    I PUT MY CARD IN THE METER AND IT SAYS CALL SSE? NO HEATING COOKING OR HOT WATER? NO ONE TO CALL? I PUT £5 ON THE CARD IT LEAVES ME £1.50 FOR A BATH & WASH POTS A NIGHT OF HEATING FOR 1/15th of my weekly income, so nearly 10 percent of my money for a bath and pot wash, i try to not use energy and get penallised for caring for the environment, so you go on about saving energy and charge more for nothing and make it impossible to have a zerro carbon footprint,, does the media realise that all the crap with smart meters is totally pointless because SSE do all they can to prevent energy saving and zerro carbon footprint
