    I’m emailing about my home insurance (policy number:3******5).

    Could you please help me cancel my insurance? This insurance was auto renewed on 21st December 2023 but I didn’t know this was auto renewwd.

    Is it still possible to cancel this insurance without any penalty? i.e. it’s still within the 14 days cooling off period.
