    Parcel2go livechat does not work. nothing appears but a list of helpful options. there is no email to dispute an untrue delivery decision. proof was given but they claimed nothing was sent.
    Seriously considering another provider. i would not recommend using them now

    waiting for collection 19/07 missed as bell not working in building and you did not call me letting me know.     Absolutely useless.

    I went to a drop off centre, and a Hermes driver was collecting parcels. he refused to take mine as he had “already booked in”

    then, the parcel drop off opened a door too small to take my parcel, then failed to go through the correct procedure to open a bigger door. it then failed to accept the parcel number again stating it was the wrong number.

    I called the help line number, and 20 mins later I am still on hold.

    total waste of time and money!

    I have been trying to contact parcel2go since Christmas.
    I paid for delivery guarantee and they failed to deliver on that date.
    its January now one month later.
    24\7 on line help .. rubbish
