the original number tracking of my percel is UN************12 and CB*********IT.
since it was enrouted to the uk and those tracking numbers do not give any info outside Italy.
may I know the tracking number assigned to the same parcel in the uk please

NIGHTMARE beyond a joke , sold record on E-Bay printed label Evri collected , 4 days later , buyer messaged by E-Bay to say recieved WRONG parcel But MY label on parcel LP record vanished ?? spent 5 minutes THINKING speak to someone at EVRI BUT Zero option to explain my Parcel stolen label removed and put on a Random parcel i am Livid Buyer Livid SHOCKING appaling TERRIBLE customer service ??
how packlink and evri still in business I don’t know, evri has staff that steal valuable items and they will never compensate you. The whole company is a total joke. am going to stay away from this fraudulent companies
Like all your other customers I am beyond frustrated – how you are still in business is beyond me – it is impossible to get hold of anyone and you don’t even pick up the parcels. Sent 24/3/ 23 still at the drop off!
I cannot get a live chat or a tel no to resolve my problem. Ref: GB*******14. I cannot get the form to recognise this no or any other for that matter. I have disappointed a customer and want either to find my parcel ( dropped off on29/12/22) or a claim. I am unable to make either. Please give me a ring on 01*****4. Evri have use this tracking number for a parcel I have been waiting for since 26thNov, posted 23Nov. by an eaby customer. Today I received the reply of a internal request made 5thDec. The content lays the blame for the delay on Paclink, even though the tracker has come frpm their site. I have copies of all the tracking, and all too and fro conversations.. Can you help.
As I am the recipient I do not have all the initial postage details, but the person responsible can supply these if aked.
