Packlink (UK) Parcel Tracking: Track Your Delivery

You can track your package by entering the package reference number you received when you made the purchase. Or if the package is from a friend, you can ask them to provide you with the number (e.g.: UN2022COP0001644)

Packlink Tracking is not working?

This can be due to a number of reasons:

1/ Packlink hasn’t accepted your package yet (Takes up to 24 hours)
2/ Your tracking number or package reference is incorrect or invalid.
3/ Your tracking number has expired and been removed from the carrier’s system (for orders older than 6 months)

Packlink Lost/Missing Package:

Before being able to file a claim for your missing/lost package, you need to make sure your package is lost and not just delayed, in most cases, the lack of progression on tracking updates is due to customs delays and standard order flow. The first step is to contact the Packlink live chat
