Returns and refunds, as well as store opening times, is also another issue the customer open a live chat with Next for.

Just wondering as to why my order hasn’t arrived yet I’ve been on the tracking it says its left the warehouse yet it isn’t even with the courier I placed my order on the 15th and asked for delivery on the 18th
