Hi. I started opening my account when I lived at another place, then I moved and now I cannot finish setting up my account

I have tried so many times to open the folder which contains the bank statements, but I cannot open it because the password you have provided to me in a different email, is not working.
Please send me the bank statements from 6th april 2018 to 5th april 2019 in a folder without any password. Or provide me with a new password.
