Marks & Spencer live chat is open for the following hours
Monday – Saturday 9:00am – 5:30pm
The live chat feature covers all general inquiries including amending orders, refunds, exchanges, and checking stock in stores. You can also use this facility to raise a complaint.
To connect to an agent, follow the link below and once you land on the help page, scroll down to the bottom where you see the “Web chat or email us” option. Select your request from the dropdown and click submit. You will be then redirected to a page where you can enter the details of your query. You need to be logged in in order to start a chat.
