The live chat feature covers all general inquiries including amending orders, refunds, exchanges, and checking stock in stores. You can also use this facility to raise a complaint.

To connect to an agent, follow the link below and once you land on the help page, scroll down to the bottom where you see the “Web chat or email us” option. Select your request from the dropdown and click submit. You will be then redirected to a page where you can enter the details of your query. You need to be logged in in order to start a chat.

    ordered a duck down quilt, paid extra for next day delivery, that was 13 days ago, still not arrived, spoken with call center ( india ) five times now, say should have been with me , two days ago. They say it was reorded
    still not arrived, spoke with india again today they want me to cancel the order, but no, this needs sorting, unable to put in a complaint since all phone numbers get transfered to call center, india.
    So, the latest is, got to go to the nearest food outlet and pick it up tomorrow….. unbelievable.
    However I suspect it will not be there.

    This is poor service, not expected from M&S.

    I placed a order for my grandson for black trousers which he will want to wear to a funeral I ordered them on the 18April payed for next day delivery I have tried to get in touch with someone who may be able to give some information about my delivery I am so angry like most shops ok when you are spending customer service in this country is pathetic

      My Sparks card number is different to my online card number. When I present my card in store am I missing offers because of the different numbers?

    Shocking service
    Booked my Christmas food slot with m and s
    Paid £40 deposit told can amend order upto 8 th December
    Went to change it on the 5 th well in time when I tried everything I wanted was out of stock basic stuff parsnips veg pigs in blankets etc etc
    Very disappointed. To say the least rang customer service so un helpful said deposit non refundable I said would now have to go elsewhere they said anc I quote thanks fine I will cancel then but you won’t get money back
    So now £ 40 out of pocket and no Christmas dinner shocking !!!!!!!

    I have tried to let you know , that I tried to claim my free 1st day of Xmas gift today and was rudely told they were not in stock.How can this be when it only started today? This was in the Dundee store.

    I ordered a cake for delivery 16th September 2022, about 5 days prior to 16th September, received a text that morning to say will be delivered 16th September, then later in the day received a text to say could not deliver as a problem with supply.!!

    Have not received refund to date., £19.99. Please advise when this will be credited to my card account?

    I am in France and link is not working. Tried to order jeans for 2 days but problem at payment. My card had no problem on 26th September when I ordered 2 items. Can you help?

    I put an order in for delivery date 11th May for a dear friends Birthday knowing she was going away on the 12th May abroad.
    The parcels were delivered over 3 days last one was today 13 May 2022.
    Not very happy spoilt my day and my friends

    Hi I have just received an order of shoes (good)boots and tops (screwed up)the boots are old muddy and worn out with !!!!!!! A smidgen of dog poo on them disgusting to open and very disappointing I would like a response quickly. Very disappointed wish I had got them from office.

    Could you help i have a giftcard and the pin has no number when rubbed the sicker how do i sort this do you require the long number from the giftcard was a present from a family member not living near us.
