Now contacting HomeServe is easy through its Live Chat facility. The customer support team is on hand to help their customers by resolving their queries with little or no waiting time. They are able to provide help and support about getting insurance, coverage questions, making or chasing a claim, overcharging, renewing your coverage, and any other customer service issues. They also take complaints If the customers are not happy with the service they have received.

    Whilst I am not aware that I am covered by Homeserve, I note you have used the Direct Debit from my bank. Will you kindly confirm that I am covered and issue, if necessary written confirmation. If I am not covered, why is there a direct debit £12.00 being taken? Yours sincerely Tony J Lynham.
