Saturday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

AllClear Travel Insurance offers a Live Chat feature on its website. Customers can speak directly to a member of the customer care team through this web chat service. It is used to get instant answers to queries without the need to hold. The customer care team provides general information to its customers but is unable to provide you with a quote via this service. For that purpose, the ‘quote now’ button on home page can be used.

The Live Chat option can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the page. Once you click on the blue button with “Chat here”, you will be connected to a customer support representative.

You can contact the AllClear Customer service team via live chat, phone, and email. The phone and live chat can be used for faster turnaround time and have less than 3 minutes of waiting time. Email requests can take between 2 to 3 business days to be handled.
