My new Mortgage repayment was due to take effect from 1st October, however, i have looked at my bank statement and its still the same amount as previous repayments? Should i have cancelled the D/D and set up a new one prior to the change? I assumed Yorkshire bank mortgages would just take the correct amount automatically.
