    The Chat Line does not work for me.
    I have spent 1 hour plus trying to get an answer to my problem from your many web sites but all proved to be dead ends.
    So, in the hope that this text will get somewhere, I set out the problem below:
    I recently received a replacement SIM card which I installed. The message on the screen was “Sim card not valid”. I have tried using your text reporting service but keep getting “An agent will contact you soon” but nothing has happened so far.
    The mobile phone is elderly – a Nokia 1101. Is there a Sim card that will work with this? The phone works perfectly and we only need the telephone service.
    I would be grateful if you would take some action for me.
