    Money taken from my account and not put on my meter! Phone call after phone call emails live chat and every time the line has gone dead and chat has just ended hours I have spent on the phone for nothing! Disgusting service

    i would like to discus switching back to utillita. I’m with Scottish power at moment and the service they provide is diabolical cannot get through on the phone, the app does not work and can only top up at post office. my wife is disabled and i have medical problems so the app or on line is a must’
