Ordered 2 ladies jackets November 9th 2022, one arrived but was the wrong size, the other one never arrived at all! After several phone calls and 20 emails I have had no response and still awaiting my refund of £49.98p.
I am disgusted and have totally given up ever resolving this and getting a refund from them.

Do NOT use The Range online shopping. I’m disgusted I paid £4.95p for next day delivery now being told my order won’t be here for at least another 2weeks. Had I a known this I wouldn’t have ordered & certainly wouldn’t have paid for next day delivery.
