    Hi I’m trying to trace an order that was supposed to be delivered by Hermes Hermes have advised that I contact the perfume shop as they have returned it I ordered this item on the 1/1/21 my order reference number is 47xxx452 and Hermes reference no is 5815xxxx8169 can you please contact me as soon as possible

    I went in to Westfirld Stratford store to buy my father in law Dior sauvage I was asking for the different options the sales lady was not sure what product was the after shave splash so to play it safe I said I would go for the edp spray I was not aloud to touch the box understandably but unfortunately I was given the after shave balm but charged for the Eau de perfume 100 ml this was his birthday present I still have the receipt and it has not been used
    Can you advice me on what to do many thanks
