If you need to get in touch with Talkmobile customer service, there are a few different ways you can do so. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our live chat feature on the website.

In order to start a live chat, follow the link below. When you are on the contact page, look for an orange “chat now” button on the right side of the page. When you click on the chat button, a form with basic inputs will appear. fill in the form and click “submit”. Please note that the chat button will only appear within working hours.

How do I contact Talkmobile customer service?

Talkmobile customer service representatives are available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 10pm, Saturdays from 9am to 6pm and Sundays from 10am to 5pm. If you prefer calling, you can dial them at 0333 304 8064 if you’re using a non-Talkmobile phone or call 5888 from your Talkmobile phone.

    Hi – I’ve locked my SIM and need a PUK.
    I don’t have access to another telephone to call you and my Talkmobile phone won’t work. The FAQ suggests that the PUK should be on the plastic card for my SIM but I don’t see anything appropriate.

    I’ve been trying to get a webchat for the past hour but there’s no ‘orange’ button.

    Doesn’t matter how long I stay logged on or how often I try, there is never a webchat option available. I am hard of hearing and so this would be the best option for me. I’m beginning to wonder if it even exists!

      Hello David,

      When you’re on the page we have provided a link to, do you see an orange button sticking to the right of your screen? If the widget does not appear, it might be because you’re opening the link outside of their working hours.

    Can you please advise how I can get access to my husbands phone 0******19, as he used his thumb print and I do not know his passcode, and he passed away on 23 December 2022. His name was Andrew Bradley, 5**********2UF

    Any help would be very much appreciated
