    Contacting Studio is near impossible. What a terrible service. They have not taken off my account 2 payments urgently need to contact them. Will pay up and not bother with them again

    Just a joke trying to contact studio several items I ordered now saying unavailable but are still on my statement to be paid how are you supposed to get them to rectify this.

    have been trying for 2 days to get intouch with stuido wat a carry on when i phone the number they just cut me off they getting worse i have been with for long time and never had problems until now

      Good Morning I have been having trouble with Studio.co.uk for more than a month now. They have stopped taking telephone call enquiries and you will most likely find the number constantly engaged. Communication with Studio is by webchat, which is useless, and they simply say your enquiry will be passed on to the relevant department and it is not. Email, they give you a ticket number and say someone will answer in a few days, again totally useless. You may find a freephone number for financial services on their site but they do not want to know and are unhelpful, suffice to say they will recommend you contact Fraser Group which apparently had something to do with Studio but I found out that Fraser Group cut ties wit Studio in May 2023 The only thing I can recommend you do is to contact Trust Pilot who do take issue with Studio, but even they have not sorted out my problem, which was a simple refund not delivered.

    I have been with Studio for about 15years, over the last two month I have not been able to sign in, keep telling me all my information is incorrect, even my e-mail address, my postcode & my password. Cannot get in touch by phone or e-mail.What is going on with them.

    why is it so hard to contact studio,beyond a joke, not answering emails cant ring how the hell do i communicate live chat is more than useless, been a customer for over 20yrs, pay everything in cash not monthly ,absolutely disgusting.

    Please email me regarding an order of 4 large items that have still not arrived yet after 13 days. Absolutely ridiculous that you have no phone number to contact customer service and no reply to emails and live chat is useless.

      I still trying to resolve a simple refund for an item not delivered by Studio and NOTHING has been done. They no long take telephone calls, webchat is worse than useless and email, well, they give you a ticket but do nothing. Contact Trust pilot with your complaint, at least they listen but even if they listen, they still can’t get Studio to resolve the problem. I am not taking Studio to litigation, Consumer Law, Citizens Advice alongside Trading Standings.

      They no longer take telephone calls, only webchat which is useless and email contact gives you a ticket number which is also useless. No communication with Studio consequently, they are not interested in solving your queries. Try Trust Pilot, Citizens Advice alongside Trading Standards and I am now contacting a Consumer Lawyer because I have had enough. Studio is the worst Company to deal with and that is if you can contact them

    I rang up a few weeks back asking if I could change My payment tell the 28th every month because that my pay day from work these person said to me that’s fine just I received a text message to say to make a payment on the 9th July of £10.00 put these person said and make payment on 28th every month.
