    I wrote to Richard Johanes – in Glasgow – got no reply.
    Today phoned 0345 270 0700 pressed 4 to speak to someone – recorded message said to try on line chat.
    January – old meter taken out – smart meter put in – didn’t work and since then we have had NO METER.
    Written 8 times – received 8 replies from 8 different people – most of which said to send in meter reading.
    Will someone please accept we cannot do that.
    How will we be charged for energy since January.
    Who will put right the smart meter.
