your web chat does not work – your dispute team does not answer emails and your phone takes 30 minutes to get thru. URN98168 please address emails as court decision reached and money should be released. Member since 2008 but service nowadays is quite poor.

How do I renew a protection?
The mydeposits livechat feature does not work. When I click the icon to access the live chat I am taken to the FAQ page.
