I have issues regarding email communication with morrisons re online orders. First i no longer receive confirmation emails, second due to pc issue i had to shop online using another device. now that my pc issue is fixed it insists that my of my choice (same as when i set account up, cannot be used because your system already has an accout (mine – set up in the other device) is already in use.. The last email i recieved from morrisons was july 22 (a receiptfor on order). I understand that you are now attaching receipts as pdf files but i would like you to make sure that which ever device i use to make an order the email adress used to send this to use is one which is valid for whichever i choose.
If you cannot manage this, please explain why not. (you may think this issue warrants a help tab in your help section
