    Hello, I have an extra small safe at Metrobank Holborn branch. I wanted to upgrade and get a small one. The lady said that, that day they were very busy, (the safe was available) but we had to wait at least 2 hours. She asked me to come another day and there will always be a small safe available. I came 10 days later, waited in the queue as usual for 20minutes, and was told that there weren’t any available small safe boxes. I asked to be put on a waiting list but seems you don’t have this service and I have to check regularly online for availability or to call the branch from time to time.
    I tried to check several times online, but the online safe box system doesn’t work. I tried to call almost every other day, but I needed to call like 4-5 times to reach the Holborn branch and even though I was never capable of reaching anyone there. Moving to another branch is not an option.
    This service is unacceptable and disappointing for a bank.
    I kindly ask your help to solve this problem the soonest.

    Need help to set up online banking which I desperately need sorting out ! I’ve tried and failed on my attempts so far . I tried when I opened the account and it just wasn’t working. after I got my magic word , I tried to complete final steps and didn’t complete it in the time limit and my magic word expired . I then went into my local branch and had a lady help me set it up with me and still the same thing happened ! I received my new magic word in the post and for some reason it wasn’t working still even though everything was correct and was before the magic word expired !
    I want to set up online banking but want to make sure that it 100% works this time !! The issue was had to verify using my mobile phone but you have an incorrect number on file for some strange reason !? Or did have at least
