On my online renewal I thought it’s said renewal payment would be taken day before start date. I paid two weeks earlier when I accepted the renewal and they have taken the money already. Thought Hastings were better than that. After this year maybe will find a company that does what it says.
Appalling insurer. I tried to cancel my renewal, they ignored my email, charged my credit card, then charged me £20 when I called the same day for a refund.
