Could someone from EE contact me asap by email. I have lost or had stolen my mobile phone, so I cannot ring customer service, I do not have a landline. I have tried live chat for hours now, with no response, it is not appearing. I am trying to report this to block my phone asap & within the 24 hours you stipulate.

Why can’t I suddenly not use my phone when abroad or access my voicemail? I’m on my husbands (Robert Rasenberg) contract and his works perfectly!
