Butlins live chat was launched to improve the customer experience and to meet customers’ expectations when communicating with them. The customer service representatives at Butlins will help the customers with new and existing bookings to check availability in any of their resorts, make payments, and any other information for guests.

The web chat can be found halfway down the page on the right-hand side with a red button that says “need help?” or just a red question mark for mobile users. Once you click it you will be taken to the next available agent, with little or no waiting time. Make sure you are opening the page within their customer service opening hours, otherwise you won’t be able to connect to an agent.

How To Contact Butlins Customer Service?

You can contact the Butlins Customer service team via live chat, phone, and email. The live chat can be used for a faster turnaround time and have less than 3 minutes of waiting time. Calls have a 30 minutes wait time and email requests can take between 2 to 3 business days to be handled.
