Monday to Friday: 09:00 am – 12:00 pm
The Alzheimer’s Society live chat service is available on their website for any patient or family member that is affected by dementia. The organization works for change, and funds research to discover a cure for the illness. The completely free web chat facility has trained advisors that will discuss any of your concerns about dementia, they will give advice and provide the best possible information to help you through your journey. For now, this service is available only in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and the conversations are kept confidential
The Live Chat feature is available halfway down the page in the middle. Once you click on the chat icon “Open”, a new window will open to start a conversation. If the chat icon has “Close” on it, you can email instead.
