Tried to return an item at a premer store but they couldn’t scan it because the barcode was torn .
I’m disabled what do I do now .
Schuh have sent me a email stating parcel force have attempted delivery today 2nd July but parcel force don’t even have my parcel for delivery and I have paid for delivery to receive my parcel on the 3rd July.
I have contacted parcel force and my parcel from you wasn’t dispatched, I’m hoping I receive my parcel on the 3rd July if not what is the point of paying extra for late delivery.
