You can contact the Oasis customer service team via live chat, and email. The live chat can be used for faster turnaround time and have less than 3 minutes of waiting time. Email requests can take between 2 to 3 business days to be handled. Oasis does not offer phone support.
Send order back as though on order picture right colour shown, I was send a wrong colour frock, so send the order back, all items were send back but I did not get money for the dress, send email to customer service several times, email says its not delivered, no mode of communication, I have been their customer for years. Wrote review but could not see my post? Deleted by oasis.

I have two girt vouchers that were issued before your shops closed. I have tried using them now that you are trading on line but they are not being accepted. One of these vouchers, for £40 was issued on 15th April before your shops closed on 18th. Please would you let me know how I can redeem these. Thank you.
