    My phone was lost ?stolen last 10/12/2022. I have blocked the phone through my Samsung account. I have also notified my O2 provider which has ordered a new SIM card. I have also9 filled in my Report My Loss Report |& tried to fill in the insurance claim but unable to submit this as requiring a proof of blockage of my phone. Unfortunately my Samsung account is registered through this number that was lost and hence unable to open Samsung account fully. There is a royal mail strike hence delay in receiving the new sim card. Are there any alternatives to submitting the proof of blockage as O2 cannot provide me one as my contract is sim only.

    Kindly help me with this. My insurance policy number is 2**********S and my application is still pending because of this.
