I am new to Buzz Bingo and what a shambles their site is. I was playing in a free bingo room along with 5,000 others. The proxy server went down and when it came back on everyone tried logging in at the same time and the server was once again overwhelmed. From then on every time i tried to log in i kept getting the message, oops sorry your signal is not strong enough. I had a full broadband signal. The games were for £1200 each so you can see why it was so frustrating. I will not be using this site again as it’s unable to cope with the volume of traffic. Beware

Hi i would like to reopen my buzz bingo account it was closed on the 6th JANUARY 2019 at 3.30pm, it was closed because i kept having issues logging in. I have been trying to reopen since the 29th MAY 2020 but not having any response,case reference no 38104. I have just found out that my local Buzz club in Hereford will not be opening again. This of course is very disappointing but what makes it even more so is that the last time I played in the club I left some £30 on my Card. My question is :– can I retrieve that money and is I can How do I do this.
