BT Live chat has a team of experienced customer service representatives that specialise in phone, broadband, mobile and TV services as well as global IT networks. It offers a Free Web Chat service for its customers to get help with a BT service or product queries, you can also give them information about any phone line faults, broadband and email issues, billing enquiries, tracking or change an order, new sales enquiries and domain technical inquiries.
The BT Web Chat option is available on the bottom left-hand side of the page. When you chose a category to talk about and click on “continue”, you are directed to a new tab to start a conversation with the customer support representative.
