TNT Parcel Tracking: Track Your Delivery

You can track your package by entering the 8 or 9 digit tracking number you received when you made the purchase. It takes up to 8 hours before TNT tracking starts to show your parcel once your item has been collected.

TNT Tracking is not working?

This can be due to a number of reasons:

1/ It’s been less than 8 hours since TNT collected your parcel
3/ Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid
4/ Your TNT tracking code has expired

TNT Lost/Missing Package:

In case your parcel has been damaged by TNT, or they lost/missed your parcel, you can claim compensation by contacting them via the TNT live chat

TNT Arrange Redelivery:

If your item was sent to you and you were unavailable during delivery time, you can request redelivery by filling out this form:
