ParcelForce Tracking: Track Your Delivery
You can track your package by entering the 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, or 21-character tracking code you received when you made the purchase. Or if the package is from a friend, you can ask them to provide you with the code. You can track both deliveries and return parcels using the form below.
ParcelForce Tracking is not working?
This can be due to a number of reasons:
1/ Parcelforce hasn’t accepted your package yet.
2/ Parcelforce hasn’t scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet. (ordered within the last 48 hours)
3/ Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
4/ Your tracking number has expired and been removed from the carrier’s system (for orders older than 6 months)
If you missed your first delivery, your package will be left at a depot or post office.
To request a second attempt if the parcel is left at a post office you need to call this number:
- 03448 00 44 66 – Will cost £5.50 and will take 3 days to be delivered.
If the parcel is left at a depot, you can request redelivery online:
