DHL (UK) Parcel Tracking: Track Your Delivery

You can track your package by entering the 10-digit tracking number you received when you made the purchase. Or if the package is from a friend, you can ask them to provide you with the number. Returns parcels have 9 digits and can be tracked directly from the DHL parcel website.

DHL Tracking is not working?

This can be due to a number of reasons:

1/ DHL hasn’t accepted your package yet.
2/ DHL hasn’t scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet. (ordered within the last 48 hours)
3/ Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
4/ Your tracking number has expired and been removed from the carrier’s system (for orders older than 6 months)

DHL Lost/Missing Package:

Before being able to file a claim for your missing/lost package, you need to make sure the package is indeed lost, in most cases, the lack of progression on tracking updates is due to customs delays and standard order flow. The first step is to contact the DHL customer service live chat and begin the tracing process. The process will take 3 days time.

Tracking a Return Parcel with DHL:

If you’re returning a product/order via DHL UK, you can use the 9-digit tracking number given to you on this webpage to track your return. Returns tracking codes start with a “9”:
