I work for NHS Scotland and there’s a debate about the contract hours I said we work out hours but some want to finish ten minutes early to get changed in to our own clothes but I think yous hours are your hours and should be on the floor for 7/30 and of it at eight o’clock so is it a thing that you can leave early or not

I am currently a Unison member but I’ve changed jobs. I was at a school in the kitchen and I’m now in a care home serving food to residents. Do I need to change my union?
