They’ll also aim to resolve queries related to upgrades, Bills & contracts, Network, and coverage, calls, emails & messages, payments, and roaming. They also ask that their customers share their experiences for enhancing their services.

    Hi, I had bought my iPhone 14 pro max using three.I had deposited £500 before I purchased the phone and the condition was after 6 months of instalment payment I’d get my refund on deposit it’s been 7 months and I’m yet to get my refund.

    I got a plan for 60gb at 12 gbp, and they told me that they would charge me after 35 days and the bill came 15 days after, and was for 14.35 gbp. Also the app doesn’t work and I loose the signal when I am in certain part of my house. I want to cancel the plan and wave the termination contract
