If you need to get in touch with The AA customer service, there are a few different ways you can do so. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our live chat feature on the website. In order to start a chat with an agent, you need to follow the link below and click on the yellow chat icon on the bottom right side of the page. When you do so, you will be connected to a chatbot. Ask the chatbot to “speak to a human” and select your insurance type and inquiry. The bot will then ask you for your name and email.
