I ordered Jack and Johns recycled puffer gilet. The website has the colours mixed up, I wanted the blueish grey one. Which is listed as Falcon; on the website. So obviously when it arrived it’s, not what I expected. So it had to be returned, so I’ve had to pay to return it. And I want my return fee back, as this is a fault on Sports Direct website. But am not able to upload or speak to a “real person.”
And all the areas “Sports Direct” direct you to were not helpful, on their website. To return the item signed for, as advised £5.39 and there is the inconvenience of trying to get the matter sorted. Really does not encourage, any one to want to buy from them. Stressful and Hard work comes to mind
