I’ve been at it for over a year and still not resolved. Documents sent at least 25 times.
– I.D card with selfie in different formats.
– Passport with selfie in different formats.
– at least 2 bank statements with address, name and bank account.
– at least 3 papers with proof of address: letter from employer, letter from government agency and others.
