How to Contact Revolut Live Chat

For contacting them through the app, log in to your app and go to the top left-hand side of your app, you will see a circle with your initials or image, select that.     Terribe app – I forgot my password and have tried on the app to reset it. The page to enter the rest code goes off after 3 seconds which is before the text appears. It then asks me to take a selfie which is impossible. There is no one to speak to about this – the online chat doesn’t work and the telephone line is automated. What a complete waste of my time. Pay some humans to deal with customer problems. Revolut is pants!

    I have been trying to access my account for 5 days as my phone and wallet was stole. I do ot know the account number or passcode .all the instructions that are listed do not work. I upload a photo or myself and passport and never recieve notifiaction. I have tried to verify by sms and the page dispappears and moves to the selfie page. Notning is working I tried by email and that doesnt work either . I cannot access chat . I have a customer support number from email and just an automated respinse telling me to do waht I have alreay done.

    Hi, yesterday the revolut blocked my account on which I had 600 euros. This was the last money I have, now I’m on a trip and this was the money I was living on until April 10. Why does Revolut block such an amount, I was sure that Revolut does not block accounts with such small amounts and I always send part of my salary to Revolut because it is more convenient to manage the money than in my bank in the country. What can I do now, I received an answer that the account will be reviewed for 10 working days. How much money do I have now if all the money is on revolut???

    Hello, I transferred the money, it was not credited to the recipient’s account, they refused and it should be returned to my Revolut account, but it was not credited to my account, the application says that it will be credited to the account, but 10 days have passed and when will it be credited
