    I posted a letter for my granddaughter at the end of November to her penpal in New York. The first letter she sent did not arrive so I paid £7 to have this one tracked and signed. We have heard no more. I have tried navigating your FAQ with no success. I also tried to do the same on the American site , again it was pointless. I do not have hours to spend in this fruitless trask. Please help

    The incorrect postcode has been put on certificate of posting by post office clerk even though the parcel has the correct one. What are my chances of it getting to the correct address on the parcel and not on the certificate of posting.
