    They are truly as bad a network as you can ever subscribe with. Getting a PAC to leave is more difficult than flying to the moon.

    Do yourself a favour and dont even think about one of their sims even if they are free.

    My registered email was typed wrong and sent the mail to cs@lycamobile.co.uk follow up since Aug 26 in order to change email or get the plan’s PIN. Issue not yet resolved till now. I have tried multiple time Live Chats but always dropped the chat…. Called today and said the only mail team can help, here is ref number 92xxxx28. I am keen to get plan’s PIN asap in order to avoid next billing or my existing number.

    For my last three attempts at trying to print a label off it keeps saying i have to edit the postcode and i know the postcodes are correct, when i try to do it it will not recognise the postcode why does this keep happening, it is very frustrating as i have now returned to royal mail, very angry about this
