      I emailed you your return label – you can find more information on how to return your product on the label.
      Print the label, affix it to your parcel, and find your local Customer Service Point.

    Order DU********9 – Expensive item from Living and Home, via Debenhams online. I have been trying to return an item received on 11 November. I have sent countless emails and on one occasion even received advice that it would be collected on 24 November. Stayed in all day – nothing. Many emails later and I was asked to advise when I could be in after 29 November. Advised I could be at home on the 1 December – no reply. Several emails later and I received a response, when I could I be available after 4 December!!! Outrageous!!! Never buying from Debenhams again and am in the process of escalating.

    I have a coat to return but have no way of returning it. whenever I go online to the returns dept. it recognizes my order but then when I proceed to the next step, it says it doesn’t recognize either my email address or order number. I have been trying to return this coat for two days and am getting nowhere.
