Monday – Friday, 8am-8pm – Saturdays, 8am-1pm
The Free Childline web chat service is manned by a team of dedicated volunteers. These Volunteers are on hand to answer any questions, queries, or concerns that you may have relating to the welfare of a child. It is completely confidential and works on a colour-coded system that tells you the waiting time for the Chat. This can be found on the right-hand side of the screen, Green status indicates that someone is available straight away. Yellow status indicates that there may be a wait, and Red status indicates that they are extremely busy. Please bare this in mind before launching the chat. It is a completely free live chat facility and requires a simple registration before speaking to someone.

How To Contact Childline Customer Service?
You can contact the Childline Customer service team via live chat, phone, and email. The phone and live chat can be used for faster turnaround time and have less than 3 minutes of waiting time. Email requests can take between 2 to 3 business days to be handled.
