    Terrible place to get hold of. First call I made was to some woman who sounded if she was home she was eating there was a dog barking in the background not helpful at all no compassion, after I told her my husband was in hospital that’s why he hasn’t made a payment asked if the account could be put on hold told no, for what I told her.
    Now can’t get hold of anyone.

    Has to be the worst customer service, I can’t even get through to any department, credit cards, loans, fraud, stolen even payment. Frustrating and stressed is an understatement.
